Broadway Stars Camp Rock $700 Three Weeks: 6/12-6/30 9:00am-12:00pm Show date and time: Thursday, June 29 11:00 AM St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church 1235 Wilmette Ave. Skyline’s Broadway Stars Summer Camp at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wilmette provides young actors with a comprehensive musical theatre experience. From an exciting first day of getting to know a show, to an exhilarating final performance, an experienced Skyline teaching artist will guide actors in putting together a fully-staged musical. Every child will be assigned a named role and have a chance to shine in Camp Rock as they learn lyrics and dances to their favorite songs like “It’s On,” “This is Me,” and “We Rock.” Days will be packed as actors memorize lines and solos, dance in an ensemble, play acting games, create show backdrops and props and have fun with friends! “This is my 11 year old daughter’s second year in Skyline’s Broadway Stars camp. Each time I saw her perform I saw a side of her I never knew— a level of passion and emotion for performing she didn’t have other opportunities to express. I’m so grateful.
