Course Details
*Please disregard the date at the top of this page. This is a generic form used for 4pm pickup payments all summer long. Your payment will be put towards the weeks of camp you indicate on the booking form.* If you have a child enrolled in a Juniors camp with an older sibling in a Highlights, Stars, or Performers, the younger child may stay at camp with their sibling and observe their sibling’s camp until 4:00 p.m. so you can pick up both children together. A payment of $20/week is required for Juniors to stay late with their sibling. The $20 applies per Junior per week: 1 Junior x 1 week =$20 1 Junior x 2 weeks =$40 etc. If you have more than one Junior staying until 4pm, please fill out the form twice. Please email chicago@skylinechildrenstheater.com with any questions. We want our pick up procedure to be practical for families and organized to ensure camper safety when moving from Juniors to a different camp.
Registration Policies
Camp Transfers: All camp transfers will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. If transferring less than two weeks before the camp start date, the fee is $50. Camp Cancellations: All cancellations will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided less than two weeks before a camp start date. All transfers and cancellations are subject to availability and the discretion of the Skyline Team.
